PERSONAL GUARANTEE

If you are unhappy with my work after reviewing the images on the television there is no charge to you. There will be no refunds once images are posted online or you recieve the CD, or because you, your friends or your agent disagrees with the composition, style, hair, or make-up.

Complete reshoots at photographers expense will be done only in the event that the Photographer produces poor quality digital images to said Client (i.e., majority of pictures out of focus or bad lighting). If the photographer cannot perform the job due to fire or other casualty, act of God or other causes beyond control of both parties, or due to photographer's illness or accidents, any deposits will be returned to the client and the photo session rescheduled and the photographer will not be liable with respect to this Agreement. In the event that photographic materials are damaged or lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer, the photographer will not be liable for the loss of images, however a new photo session will be rescheduled at the photographer and clients earliest convienence free of charge.
