Engage Design Studio is a digital photography studio specializing in headshots for corporate, actors, musicians and dancers, weddings/events, fashion, portraits, assignment, product and stock photography.

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from the University of Texas at Austin. I have comprehensive experience in the advertising and web industries. My background in graphic/web design and photography has provided me with the knowledge required to understand and successfully complete a photography assignment. I am available for travel assignments. I also have been involved with the performing arts community since 1992 as an assistant house manager, backstage security manager, graphic designer, ballroom dancer and as a film and television extra.

My first creative outlet was drawing. I started pursuing photography in high school. While in college I studied black-and-white photography, portrait, and night photography. I began taking portraits in 1992 and discovered I have a knack for capturing the beauty and personality in any face. In addition to photographing people, I enjoy landscape, macro, architecture, and fine art photography.

Beyond the fine arts, I was an aeroscout observer (helicopter copilot) in the Texas Army National Guard for six years and enjoyed viewing the world from a different perspective. I also have an associates degree in biology. When I'm not working I enjoy hiking, camping, traveling, scuba diving, skydiving, bungee jumping, movies, and dancing.
