Group Corporate Headshots
Great looking headshots add value to your business. The more professional your headshots look the better you look. There are a few approaches to corporate headshots.
One is a traditional vertical composition corporate headshot using a blue, gray, or white background.
The other style is where the photographer uses a vertical or horizontal (allows the face to be more prominent and engaging) composition and uses the natural work environment as the backdrop.
I find the latter style gives the client a more unique interesting headshot. Using the work environment for backgrounds in corporate headshots also allows me to bring everything I need in a large hiking backpack so I can quickly set up and
break down my equipment without creating a huge disturbance in the work environment. There is also journalistic/candid/event style where I am capturing an office meeting/function without you looking at the camera.
You may also be interested in photographing your entire staff in one group photo.
Even though you might think your office doesn't have any good natural backgrounds for your headshots, most offices with deep spaces can create nice abstract textures for your headshot background. Shooting through the office window with the city in the background can be another nice alternative. Another alternative is to shoot on a green screen and insert an appropriate background in post processing.

I will come to your business and I will need at least 15 minutes for scouting a location and setup time. Use 15 minutes per person as a guide when blocking out the schedule. I can arrange to have a makeup artist for you which will be a separate charge paid to the makeup artist directly.

Makeup Artist

$150 cash, check or charge if she does your makeup then leaves.
$250 if she does your makeup and stays for 1hr shoot.
You will need to plan for an additional 45-1hr if you choose to use a makeup artist. If you do your own makeup, you need to have it done before you arrive at the studio. You can touch up when you get here. If you are not skilled at applying makeup I highly recommend you use a makeup artist. Please arrive with a clean face, no make-up if you are requesting a makeup artist. Your hair should be cut and styled to your liking. If you would like a makeup artist we must choose a day the makeup artist is available as well.
GENTLEMEN
$100 cash, check or charge if she does your makeup then leaves.
$150 if she does your makeup and stays for 1hr shoot.
I recommend using a makeup artist if its within your budget. You will need to plan for an additional 30min if you choose to use a makeup artist. If you would like a makeup artist we must choose a day the makeup artist is available as well.
Makeup artist prefers cash, but also accepts credit cards on her iphone.
Individual Headshots

- At the end of the digital headshot session I will send you a link to download a PDF contact sheet or web gallery of the digital headshots for you to view (usually the same day). You can send the link to friends, agents, and family to get their opinion on which headshots you should choose. I will also email you with my favorite headshots from your digital headshot session if requested.
- Email me with the image number of the headshot(s) you want retouched.
- I will email you a retouched proof for you to approve. Once approved I will upload the headshot(s) to my server and send you a link to download to your computer.
